13א1. ביטול עסקה לתקופה קצובה
תיקון: תשע״ד־2, תשע״ו־5
(א)צרכן רשאי בכל עת לבטל עסקה לתקופה קצובה, מסוג המנוי בתוספת הרביעית, בדרך ובתנאים המפורטים בה, ויחולו על ביטול עסקה כאמור ההוראות המפורטות לצדה באותה תוספת; לעניין סעיף זה, ”עסקה לתקופה קצובה“ – לרבות עסקה לרכישת נכס.
(ב)השר, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לשנות, בצו, את התוספת הרביעית.
(ג)הוראות סעיף זה באות להוסיף על הוראות סעיפים 14, 14א, 14ג, 14ג1 ו־14ו ולא לגרוע מהן.
