37. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשס״ו־4
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו.
(א1)תקנות וצווים לפי חוק זה ייקבעו בהתייעצות עם הממונה או על פי הצעתו.
(ב)תקנות לפי חוק זה שנתייחדו לענין נכסים או שירותים שבשטח פעולתו של משרד ממשרדי הממשלה יותקנו גם בהתייעצות עם השר הממונה על אותו משרד.
