4ב. זהות העוסק
תיקון: תשס״ד־2
עוסק חייב לגלות לצרכן את שמו ומספר הזהות שלו על גבי כל אחד מאלה:
(1)תכתובת מטעמו המופנית לצרכן מסוים; לענין פסקה זו, ”תכתובת“ – טופס הזמנה, תעודת אחריות ואישור התקנה;
(2)הצעה מטעמו לכריתת חוזה;
(3)חוזה שעליו הוא חותם;
(4)שובר תשלום באשראי או חשבונית מס.
