3. התקנת מערכת תהר״ם
(א)מערכת חיבורי החשמל של מיתקן תהר״ם תתוכנן בידי חשמלאי בלבד.
(ב)התקנה, שינוי ותחזוקה של מערכת כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תיעשה בידי חשמלאי או בפיקוחו.
(ג)ציוד התקנה חשמלי המשמש מערכת תהר״ם יתאים לתקן.
