2. התקנת רשת חשמל
(א)רשת חשמל תתוכנן, תותקן, תיבדק ותתוחזק בידי חשמלאי בלבד.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי אדם שאינו חשמלאי להתקין עמודים ולבצע עבודות מיכניות ברשת חשמל, ובלבד שהוא פועל לפי הוראותיו של חשמלאי ובפיקוחו הצמוד.
(ג)לא תותקן רשת חשמל אלא בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
