40. רשתות שונות במתח עד 1000 וולט בבעלות שונה על סמכים משותפים
(א)יכול שרשתות שונות במתח עד 1000 וולט בבעלות שונה יותקנו על סמכים משותפים ובלבד שלא יותר מאחת מהן תהיה עשויה ממוליכי רשת ללא בידוד; על כך סמך כאמור יותקן שלט בר־קיימא ובו כתוב באותיות בולטות לעין: ”הרשת ניזונה ממקורות שונים“.
(ב)כל סמך שעליו מותקנות מספר רשתות בכבלים או בצרורות, יסומן, באופן ברור ובר קיימא, זהויה של כל רשת ויעודה.
