16. חיבור קצה מוליך של כבל
(א)המחבר קצה של מוליך יחברו רק באבזר תקני המיועד לכך והמתאים לצורת המוליך, לחתכו ולחומר שממנו הוא עשוי; לענין זה, אבזר תקני הוא –
(1)נעל כבל;
(2)תרמיל;
(3)הדק.
(ב)לא יחבר אדם קצה מוליך כבל באמצעות הלחמת בדיל.
