44. חבק לתליית כבל
חבק או התקן תליה אחר יהיה עשוי חומר עמיד המתאים למקום התקנתו, מוגן בפני איכול או מצופה חומר מגן; חבק יהיה מותאם בצורתו לכבל ולתיל הנושא באופן שלא ייגרם להם נזק.
