27. הנחת כבל בכניסה למבנה או בצמוד לו
המתקין כבל בכניסה למבנה או בצמוד לו, רשאי להתקינו בעומק קטן מן האמור בתקנה 24, ובלבד שתנאי המקום מאפשרים זאת והכבל מוגן באמצעות שרוול מחומר קשיח לכל אורך המבנה, במעבר דרך יסוד המבנה ובקרבתו; את מעבר הכבל יאטום המתקין מפני חדירת מים למבנה.
