41. אמצעי ניתוק במוליך מחבר
לא יתקין אדם מפסק או אמצעי ניתוק אחר, שניתן להפעילו ללא שימוש בכלים, במוליך המחבר בין מוליך PEN של רשת החלוקה ובין פס השוואת הפוטנציאלים של הארקת היסוד.
