3. שיעור התגמולים המיוחדים
(א)לנכה בעל דרגת נכות מיוחדת כנקוב להלן ישולמו תגמולים מיוחדים בשיעור של תגמול רגיל המשתלם לנכה בעל דרגת נכות כפי שצויין בצד כל אחד מהן:
| לנכה בעל דרגת נכות מיוחדת 1 | 75%; |

| לנכה בעל דרגת נכות מיוחדת 2 | 50%; |
(2)
| לנכה בעל דרגת נכות מיוחדת 3 | 35%. |

(ב)קבעה הועדה הרפואית לנכה נכות מיוחדת, תקבע בהחלטתה תאריך לתחילת התגמולים המיוחדים, ובלבד שהתאריך הזה לא יהיה לפני י״ג באב תשט״ו (1 באוגוסט 1955).
