2. יום עבודה
(א)יום עבודה לא יעלה על שמונה שעות עבודה.
(ב)בעבודת לילה וביום שלפני המנוחה השבועית וביום שלפני חג שהעובד אינו עובד בו, בין על פי חוק ובין על פי הסכם או נוהג, לא יעלה יום עבודה על שבע שעות עבודה.
