ראש האופוזיציה רשאי לנאום במליאת הכנסת מיד אחרי ראש הממשלה; הוראות נוספות בענין מעמדו ותפקידיו של ראש האופוזיציה בכנסת ייקבעו בתקנון הכנסת.
