22. מועד הבחירה
תיקון: תשס״א־2
(א)מינוי יועץ משפטי לכנסת ייעשה, ככל האפשר, לא מוקדם מתשעים ימים ולא יאוחר משלושים ימים לפני תום תקופת כהונתו של היועץ המכהן; נתפנה מקומו של היועץ המשפטי לכנסת לפני תום תקופת כהונתו, ייעשה המינוי בתוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים מהיום שבו נתפנה מקומו.
(ב)הודעה על מינויו של יועץ משפטי לכנסת תפורסם ברשומות.
