תיקון: תשס״א־2
כהונת היועץ המשפטי לכנסת פוקעת –
(1)בתום תקופתה;
(2)בפטירתו או בהתפטרותו;
(3)בהעברתו מכהונתו;
(4)בהגיעו לגיל 65.
