החלטה לענין שכר ותשלומים אחרים לחברי הכנסת, שהתקבלה לפי חוק שכר חברי הכנסת, התש״ט–1949, תעמוד בתוקפה ככל שאינה סותרת החלטה שנכנסה לתוקף לפי הוראות פרק זה או כל עוד לא שונתה בהחלטה כאמור.
