23. מיקום התקנה גלויה
(א)לא יותקן מוליך בהתקנה גלויה במקומות בהם קיימת סכנה מוגברת של שריפה, התפשטות אש, התפוצצות או פגיעות מיכניות.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) ניתן להתקין מוליך בהתקנה גלויה בחדרי מצברים נפרדים ומאווררים המיועדים לאספקת חשמל.
