26. התקנה גלויה על פני מבנה
(א)לא יותקן מוליך בהתקנה גלויה על פני מבנה אלא על מבדדים המחוזקים למבנה קבוע והמותאמים למתח שבו עובד המוליך, למקום התקנתו, ולהוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), ניתן להתקין מוליך הארקה באופן ישיר על פני מבנה אם חלק המבנה שעליו מותקן מוליך ההארקה אינו עשוי מחומר מתלקח ובכפיפות להוראות תקנות ההארקות.
