44. חוזק מיכני של תיבה או אבזר
(א)תיבה ואבזר יהיו בעלי חוזק מיכני מספיק, בהתחשב בשימוש שעומדים לעשות בהם, ויהיו עמידים בפני פגיעות מיכניות העלולות להיות במקום ההתקנה או מוגנים באופן שלא יינזקו מפגיעות כאמור.
(ב)תיבה המותקנת בתוך קיר או מבנה המגינים על דפנותיה, תהיה מצויידת במכסה שהוא בעל חוזק מיכני ועמיד בפני פגיעות מיכניות העלולות להיות במקום ההתקנה.
