61. אחזקת מוליכים במיתקן חשמלי
(א)מוליכים, תיבות ואבזריהם המותקנים במיתקן חשמלי, יוחזקו במצב תקין ומתאים לפעולה.
(ב)התגלה ליקוי או פגם במוליך, בתיבה או באבזר של מיתקן חשמלי, והליקוי או הפגם מהווה סכנה לנפש או לרכוש, ינותק המיתקן החשמלי כולו או חלקו הלקוי ממקור זינתו על ידי המשתמש במיתקן החשמלי ולא יופעל מחדש אלא לאחר שתוקן ונבדק על ידי חשמלאי בעל רשיון מסוג מתאים לעבודה המבוצעת ונמצא כשיר להפעלה.
