7. חתכי המוליך
(א)תיל בעל חתך עגול או גזרתי (סקטורלי), יהיה ככל האפשר בעל חתך בממ״ר של אחד מאלה:
0.5; 0.75; 1; 1.5; 2.5; 4; 6; 10; 16; 25; 35; 50; 70; 95; 120; 150; 185; 240; 300; 400; 500; 600.
(ב)תיל יהיה שזור כאשר –
(1)הוא חשוף, וחתכו הוא 25 ממ״ר או יותר;
(2)הוא מבודד ומושחל בצינור, וחתכו 10 ממ״ר או יותר.
