2. קו מבודד
לענין פרק זה, ייחשב כל המפורט להלן כבידוד של קו:
בקו בזק – כל מרכיבי הקו לרבות תיל נושא, תיל ליפוף ועוגן;
בקו חשמל – תיל מבודד או כבל חשמל, בין אם הוא תלוי על תיל נושא מבודד ובין אם הוא חשוף.
