13. תחולה וסייג לתחולה
תקנות אלה –
(1)יחולו על מיתקן חשמלי ארעי במתח נמוך ומתח נמוך מאוד באתרי בניה;
(2)לא יחולו על –
(א)ציוד קבוע או נייח;
(ב)מיתקן חשמלי ארעי שבתוך מבני שירות באתרי בניה, כגון: משרדים, חדרי הלבשה, חדרי ישיבות, חדרי אוכל, חדרי מגורים וחדרי שירותים.
