2. התקנת מובל
(א)לא יתקין אדם, לא יתקן ולא ישנה מערכת מובלים, אלא אם כן הוא חשמלאי או פועל בפיקוחו של חשמלאי.
(ב)למרות האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי אדם להתקין מובל שאינו מכיל ציוד חשמלי, אף אם אינו חשמלאי ובלא פיקוח של חשמלאי.
