1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”הרשות“ – מי ששר הפיתוח מינהו כרשות לענין צו זה;
”החברה“ – חברת החשמל לא״י בע״מ או חברת החשמל והשירות הציבורי לירושלים בע״מ, הכל לפי הענין;
”מבקר“ – אחד מאלה:
(1)מי שנתמנה לכך בכתב על ידי הרשות;
(2)עובד החברה שנתמנה לכך בכתב על ידי מנהל בפועל של החברה.
