1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”נכה“ – נכה שלגביו נתבקשה ועדה רפואית (להלן – הועדה) על ידי הרשות המוסמכת לקבוע את דרגת נכותו;
”בקשה“ – בקשה שהוגשה על ידי הרשות המוסמכת לועדה לקבוע דרגת נכותו של נכה;
”השר“ – שר האוצר.
