1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ועדה רפואית“ – ועדה רפואית שהוקמה על פי סעיף 6 לחוק;
”ועדה“ – ועדה רפואית עליונה שהוקמה על פי סעיף 12א לחוק;
לכל מונח אחר תהא המשמעות שיש לו בתקנות נכי המלחמה בנאצים (מבחנים לקביעת דרגת נכות), תשט״ז–1956.
