11. מועד ומקום הישיבות
(א)יושב ראש הועדה יקבע את המועד והמקום שבו תדון הועדה בערעור ויודיע על כך לבעלי הדין לפחות שבעה ימים מראש.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לדחות את ישיבותיה ולקבוע את מקום ישיבותיה שנדחו.
