1. השתתפות המדינה בדמי הביטוח למקרה מוות
אוצר המדינה רשאי להשתתף בהוצאות ביטוח חיים שנערך על ידי ארגון יציג של נכים למקרה מותו של נכה, הזכאי לתגמולים, בשיעור שלא יעלה על סכום ההשתתפות של הנכה.
