2. ועדת שיקום
(א)תוקם ועדת שיקום בהרכב זה:
(1)הרשות המוסמכת, יושב ראש;
(2)שני חברים שמינה שר האוצר.
(ב)הודעה על הקמת ועדת שיקום ומענה והרכבה תפורסם ברשומות.
