12. הרשות המוסמכת
הוגש ערעור על ידי רשות מוסמכת שלא היתה בעלת דין בפני ועדת העררים, יראו לענין תקנות אלה כל פעולה שנעשתה לגבי הרשות המוסמכת בעלת הדין בועדת העררים כאילו נעשתה לגבי הרשות המערערת.
