9. שמיעת הערעור
תיקון: תשל״ט
משנמסר למשיב עותק כתב הערעור או העתק מרישום ערעור שהוגש בעל פה, יקבע רשם בית המשפט המחוזי מועד לשמיעת הערעור ויודיע על כך לבעלי הדין.
