13א. תנאים לזכאות לטיפול בית
תיקון: תשמ״ו
נכה זכאי לקבל טיפול רפואי בבית אם רופא מוסמך קבע שנתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)הנכה זקוק לטיפול רפואי, בשל מגבלות הנכות שבשלה הוכר כנכה;
(2)הנכה אינו מסוגל להגיע למקום הטיפול כדי לקבל את הטיפול הרפואי;
(3)הנכה אינו מקבל טיפול רפואי כאמור מכל מוסד או מקור אחר.
