13ד. ביטול או שינוי זכאות
תיקון: תשמ״ו
הרופא המוסמך רשאי לבטל או לשנות אישור שנתן לפי פרק זה אם ראה כי הנסיבות שעל פיהן נקבעה הזכאות נשתנו, או כי אין עוד צורך במתן טיפול רפואי בבית, כולו או חלקו, מכל טעם שהוא; הודעה על כך תינתן לנכה.
