16. תיקון והחלפה
(א)נכה שקיבל מכשיר זכאי גם שהמכשיר יתוקן או יוחלף, במידה שהדבר נדרש מחמת בלאי או קלקול שלא נגרמו על ידי הנכה בצדיה או ברשלנות.
(ב)הרופא המוסמך הראשי יקבע אם קיימים התנאים לזכות האמורה ואת האופן, הזמן והמקום שבהם יבוצעו.
(ג)מכשיר שהוחלף, חייב הנכה להחזירו מיד לרופא המוסמך הראשי, אלא אם כן התיר הרופא להשאירו ברשות הנכה.
