19. כלכלה ולינה
(א)נכה זכאי לקבל כלכלה ולינה כל זמן שהוא בנסיעה ובטיפול במידה שאין הוא מקבל אותן מהמוסד המטפל בו.
(ב)רופא מוסמך ראשי יקבע את אופן מתן הכלכלה והלינה האמורות ואת שיעורן.
