21. מלווים
(א)רופא מוסמך מקומי, רופא מוסמך ראשי, או מנהל מוסד הנותן לפי תקנות אלה טיפול לנכה, רשאי לקבוע שהנכה זקוק למלווה או למלווים בזמן נסיעתו לצרכי הטיפול.
(ב)נקבע הצורך במלווה או במלווים כאמור, ולא נאותו בני משפחתו של הנכה לשמש לו מלווים, יעמיד לו רופא מוסמך ראשי מלווה או מלווים.
(ג)דין מלווה לפי תקנה זו בכל הנוגע לנסיעה, כלכלה או לינה הוא כדין נכה לפי הוראות הפרק הששי.
