5. קבלת טיפול במוסד מוסמך
נכה שנקבע לו טיפול על ידי רופא מוסמך מקומי או על ידי רופא מוסמך ראשי, יפנה למוסד המוסמך שקבע הרופא למתן הטיפול ויקבל את הטיפול שנקבע.
