2. תגמול מעודכן בשל שינוי באחוזי נכות
שונו אחוזי נכותו של זכאי בתוקף למפרע, ולפי סעיפים 2 ו־3 לחוק הקיצבאות יש לשלם לו קיצבה בשיעור מעודכן, יחושב ההפרש המגיע לזכאי, לפי ההפרש שבין השיעור המעודכן של התגמול המשולם לנכה בדרגת הנכות החדשה שנקבעה לזכאי לבין השיעור המעודכן של התגמול המשולם לנכה בדרגת הנכות הקודמת של הזכאי.
