3. תוספת תלויים ותגמול בעד ילדים
חלקו של תגמול המהווה תוספת בעד תלויים ותגמול בעד ילדים ישולמו לפי תקנה 2 רק בעד מי ששולמו בעדו תוספת או תגמול, לפי הענין.
