קבלן מורשה ינהל רישום מדוייק של תנועת ביצי מאכל מהמגדלים לתחנת המיון ומתחנת המיון תוך פירוט:
(1)סוג הביצים;
(2)כמות הביצים;
(3)מועדי קבלת הביצים והוצאתן;
(4)כמות הביצים ששווקה למפעלים לעיבוד ביצים.
