תיקון: תשל״ו, תשל״ט, תשנ״ד
על מגדל למסור לפחות 3 פעמים בשבוע לקבלן מורשה שאליו הוא צמוד בשיווק ביצי מאכל את ביצי המאכל שהוטלו בלולו, ועל קבלן מורשה לאסוף את ביצי המאכל מהמגדל במועדים האמורים, אך רשאי המנהל הכללי של המועצה להתיר למגדל למסרן פעמיים בשבוע כאמור, אם לדעת המנהל הכללי אין נסיבותיו המיוחדות של המגדל מאפשרות מסירה 3 פעמים.
