מגדל לא יחזיק עופות ואפרוחים בני־יומם מעל לכמות, המינים והסוגים שנקבעו לו כדין למטרת ייצור מכסתו האישית, בהתאם לתקופות ולמועדים כאמור בסעיף 22.
