קבלת תלושים לרכישת אפרוחים בני־יומם אינה מזכה מגדל לייצר יותר ממכסתו שנקבעה לו על פי סעיפים 32 או 34 לחוק, או מהיקף הייצור שנקבע לו לפי סעיף 32ג(ב).
