32י. תשלום אגרת פיקוח
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)בעל משחטה שהמועצה הציבה וטרינר ופקחים במשחטתו כאמור בסעיף 32ח, ישלם למועצה אגרת פיקוח.
(ב)לא שילם בעל משחטה את האגרה תוך 7 ימים מקבלת חשבון המועצה, רשאית המועצה להפסיק את הצבתם של הווטרינרים והפקחים, מבלי שיהא בכך כדי לפגוע בסמכויותיה לגביית האגרה לפי כל דין.
