תיקון: תשל״ח, תשנ״ד
נעצר המוביל של התוצרת או קונה תרנגולי הודו שנמכרו במכרז של המועצה על ידי מבקר מטעם המועצה, חייב הוא להמציא לו את כל הפרטים הנדרשים על ידיו ולמסור לו את העותק של תעודת המשלוח המסומן ”מיועד לביקורת בדרכים“, ואם התוצרת מיועדת ליצוא – את העתק ההיתר האמור בסעיף 47(ה).
