50. איסור שימוש פעמיים ואיסור תיקון
תיקון: תשל״ח
(א)לא ייעשה שימוש בתעודת משלוח יותר מפעם אחת ולא ייעשה תיקון בפרטים שמולאו בה.
(ב)נתגלה צורך לתקן פרט בתעודת משלוח, תבוטל התעודה על ידי כתיבת המלה ”מבוטל“ באותיות גדולות על כל עותקיה, ותוכן תעודת משלוח חדשה;
אם כבר נתלשה התעודה בשעת גילוי הצורך בתיקונה, יוצמדו מחדש העותקים של התעודה המבוטלת לפנקס תעודות המשלוח במקומה בהתאם למספרה השוטף.
