14. מחיקת הערר או פרטים ממנו
(א)הרשות המוסמכת רשאית, בכל עת עד ליום שנקבע לשמיעת הערר לבקש מהועדה –
(1)למחוק ערר שאיננו מנומק או שאינו מגלה עילה, או שהוא טרדני או קנטרני;
(2)למחוק את הערר מאחר שלא פורטו בו נימוקי הערר;
(3)למחוק מכתב הערר כל דבר שאינו דרוש לענין.
(ב)הועדה רשאית למחוק את הערר או כל דבר מכתב הערר, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), גם אם לא נתבקשה לכך מאת הרשות המוסמכת.
