20. הזמנת עדים מטעם העורר
(א)עורר שברצונו להזמין אדם להתייצב בפני הועדה כדי להעיד או כדי למסור מסמך, יגיש ליושב ראש הועדה בקשה לכך בשני עתקים, שבעה ימים לפחות לפני המועד לשמיעת הערר.
(ב)בקשה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תפרט את שמו ואת מענו של העד, את מקצועו וכן את העובדות שנטענו בכתב הערר שלהוכחתן ברצונו להזמין אותו אדם.
(ג)יושב ראש הועדה ישלח לרשות המוסמכת עותק אחד של הבקשה.
