16. הגשת התביעה
לא הודה הנאשם בעובדות המיוחסות לו בכתב האישום, או הודה בחלק מהן, יביא התובע בפני ועדת הקנסות את ראיותיו להוכחת העובדות שהנאשם לא הודה בהן, לפי סדר שיורה יושב ראש ועדת הקנסות.
